What can I paste?
Anything that describes the work: an email thread, a WhatsApp or Slack chat, your own notes, a screenshot, a timesheet PDF or a voice note. The AI only drafts; nothing is sent until you check it.
How do my clients pay?
They pay you directly, using the payment details on your invoice (for example your bank account in the notes). Coming soon: connect your own Stripe account and add a pay link, so clients pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay straight into your Stripe account.
Does TheInvoiceAI handle my money?
No. TheInvoiceAI is invoicing software, not a payment service or marketplace. If you add a pay link, it comes from your own Stripe account (Stripe Connect Standard): your client pays you directly, Stripe pays out to your bank, and Stripe's fees are between you and Stripe. We never hold, process or transmit your money, and we take no fee or commission on what your clients pay you.

How much does Pro cost?
Pro and online card payments are coming soon. Pro will be $9/month + applicable taxes: Paddle, our reseller, adds the VAT or sales tax for your location at checkout. How do I get help?
Email support@theinvoiceai.com and a real person replies, usually within one working day. Refund requests go there too.
Is my data safe?
Each account only ever sees its own data (enforced in the database). Pasted messages are used to draft your invoice, never to take actions on their own.
